How we handle the details you share with us

Conversion Co. is a digital marketing agency based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Conversion Co.. For any question about your data, email hello@conversionco.in.

When you send the Apply form, we receive:

• your full name, and your brand or company name
• your phone (WhatsApp) number and email address
• your industry and the services you are interested in
• optionally, your monthly budget range, a website or Instagram link, and a message about your goals

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect anything from the form until you press “Send my application”.

• to read your application and decide whether we are a good fit for your brand
• to reply to you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email
• to prepare a plan or proposal for you, if you ask for one

We use these details only for your application. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

The form sends your answers to a Google Form, and Google records them in a Google Sheet in our Google account. Only our team can open that sheet. Google stores this data on its own servers, which may be outside India; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

We keep applications for as long as we need them to reply to you and, if we work together, for as long as we work together. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see below).

The website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages they view, roughly where they are (country or city), what device they use, and whether they click our Apply and WhatsApp buttons or send the Apply form. It does not receive the answers you type into the form.

Google Analytics only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner. It then sets cookies whose names start with _ga. If you click Decline, it does not load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy, and we use them only to talk with you.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you
• correct details that are wrong
• delete your application and any other details we hold about you
• stop contacting you

Email hello@conversionco.in from the address you applied with, or tell us which phone number you used. We will confirm once your request is done.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
